What You Need To Know About Bruising And Grass-Fed Whey Protein

Grass-fed whey protein- the 5 I’s

One of the most common questions I get when clients start working with me is, “What do I do if I can’t eat dairy anymore? I feel like I’m dying.” The first thing that someone new to this topic typically doesn’t know is that dairy (fatty and otherwise) is not an animal product. It is a bi-product of the soybean. I personally have had some success with dairy-based products like cheese, esophagus pills, milk, etc. It’s been my experience that using something like butter or mayo to compensate for sour cream, cream, etc., is what causes the most reversal. If you’re going to eat animal products, my suggestion would simply be to eat high-quality, non-shot dairy products using sour cream or something similar to marinate in order to keep the intestinal flora in balance and keep things moving smoothly. No, we don’t make it in our kitchen; it’s what we feed the pigs.

Once all the inflammatory stuff has settled, we’re left with what I call the “I’s” in the stool: Isoleucine, leucine, threonine, methionine, tryptophan, and valine.

Isoleucine is another BCAA; it’s a BCAA that is used as an amino acid. In muscle, it’s involved in helping to fuel hard workouts, it’s a growth factor that helps form tissue, and in the brain, it helps with cognition. Isoleucine is also important for making it through difficult bouts of indigestion.

Leucine works similarly, but it helps with protein synthesis and muscle growth. One of the most common problems that antiviral users have is that their Isoleucine levels are low, and they’re not able to work well with others amino acids.

Threonine is also involved in growth and repair, in addition to helping with taste and smell development. We’ll cover more of both the amino acids and their importance in future articles.

Tryptophan helps with the release of energy from protein, and will help with getting into a happy place. It’s also vital for helping to prevent depression.

Methionine is an essential amino acid that is rarely seen in plants, but is used in making choline. It’s main role is that it helps to repair red blood cells, maintain connective tissues such as skin and nerves, and produce the testicular hormones. Methionine is also necessary to make your body a richer source of the calcium it needs, to ensure strong healthy bones.

Sucreonine is an amino acid that is crucial to the healthy growth of hair. Whether you have shiny hair or brittle hair depends on the Sucreonine that you’re lacking.

Lysine allows your body to make collagen, which is the main structural part of connective tissue. This is the part of the body that helps to make bones, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, scar tissue, hair, skin, nails and sweat glands. Lysine allows these cells to work well together, and is involved in the formation of the neurotransmitter, serotonin.

Inositol is a B vitamin that helps to create new cells. Inositol also supports the immune system and the nervous system. Of course, the body needs a variety of nutrients, and inositol is one of the important ones. What’s more, it’s not tied to eating red meat!

Valine helps to regulate the potassium-sodium relationship. In fact, it is one of the few foods that comes with a label, “sodium-insulin-potassium,” because it influences both of these. Think about this: Have you ever had to swallow a lot of medicine or medicine bottles? Or inhale a lot of nicotine? You probably know someone who has had asthma, stroke, heart attacks, or the like, and all of these life-threatening conditions are set off by high insulin and hypertension levels.

One more thing-try eating turkey skin and all the fat lower in it, like the skin. Most turkey breasts have about 7 grams of fat lower in the skin-that’s made up for the few grams of lean meat. Add some seasoning, and it’s a meal well worth eating for your health!

YOUR TIME TO DECIDEIf you want to slow down and you really want to eat nutritiously, your best bet is to decide to eat what’s best for your body-not what you think you should. Stop eating things that take 30 minutes to digest and start eating foods that speed digestion. Your body canimilate/digest foods in Wow!
