Broccoli and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries

4 oz. of frozen broccoli (frozen is best because it is easier to work with)

1 oz. of pea protein

1/2 tsp. of parsley flakes

1 tsp. of Romano cheese

Directions

Combine fresh strawberries, pea protein, parsley flakes, and Romano cheese. If you prefer, you can use sugar syrup.

Saute your egg until it is sunny yellow. After adding the broccoli and cheese, saute the eggplant and broccoli over medium heat until everything is golden. You can add pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.

Breakfast is incomplete without blueberry pancakes. For this, you will need about ½ lb. of fresh blueberries, 15-20 eggs, and butter of margarine. Take the fresh blueberries out of the freezer and place them on a cooling rack. Place the eggs in a large bowl and add the blueberry pulp from the refrigerator. Dip the strawberries into the blueberry pulp until they are well mixed. Add the butter and stir. You can add some sugar or another flavor and a bit of milk to taste.
