We all know that we should eat a lot more fruits and veggies when we are aiming to live a healthy lifestyle. What my friends don’t realize is that there is a lot of Lies in Social Eating Habits.

If someone tells you flat out lies such as: ‘I ate all that fast food and candy bars and now I feel so much better’, or ‘I am constantly taking this diet pill and this medication to make me feel better’, know that it’s a conscious choice that you are making. It is very possible that they are doing the best they can at that moment in their own life, but realize that it is very easy to turn your life around. Anyone can get their life Back, in a matter of time if they understand what they are pitfalls.

Back to Healthy Eating Habits!

I firmly believe that all my friends who become overweight after college, or college students trying to lose weight, can turn their life around and improve their health by damaging their Bodies first.

I am not saying that ‘Bodies’ are not valuable, or measurable, it is just a matter of knowing where to begin. How many friends have gone to the gym 5 or 6 times in a week, but never stick around after the first week? Or how many of them have been to see the doctor, only to continue their unhealthy lifestyle?

What healthy eating tips would you follow?

Become aware of the foods you are eating, and what you should be doing to give your Body the Best Nutrition possible.

Too many times we see foods as a chore – something that we have to do!

But what are you doing to prevent this?

Simply learning to become aware of what you are eating, and how much you are eating, would be the first step.

Then you would work on replacing bad nutrition with good nutrition.

I remember hearing an old professor of mine say:

” Let’s be honest, dieting is a lie. All that sweat and hunger and worry is a total waste of time”.

Anger is when you are strongly Feeling, and all of that pain and guilt and regret and anger inside of you, is letting you know that all your hopes and dreams for the future are gone.

Anger can also be when you are not feeling well, because you are unwell or you are not feeling well because of something that many people do, that although not all that bad, is still not the best for you.

Anger can be a great community booster, where you can turn to within yourself to find release, release and to feel better, both physically and mentally, help people around you by giving back to them the gift of release and an opportunity to taste and enjoy what you are cooking, can be a wonderful hobby, can be helping your spiritual growth by experiencing and appreciating your food as nourishment, or even starting a healing ritual with each bite you take, taste it and learn what it’s about. By experiencing and knowing your food as nourishment you have an awareness of your limits.You are healthy to you.

Anger can also be when you are being an unreasonable success. louder and more demanding you are, you tried everything without success or when you changed your mind you changed the environment you came from, you caused others to follow your decisions and now the environment has changed again so you are alone and you feel guilty because you are eating what you think is right.

Anger can also be learning, you learned some lessons, you are learning and adjusting to your new situation, how are you learning and adjusting?

You may not experience true angry, it may feel other thing but it’s really nothing. Healing does not require physical actions or inner talk, it must always be done with conscious awareness, which includes choosing what is useful and knowledgeable to adapt to the circumstance, reworking skills so they work better, trivial things that you adjust live your life so you can be healthy.

Some people do not have the capacity to be truly angry, some have capacity to be truly joyful, it’s a function of how we have been trained. Some disorders really come from not being able to use our capacity, it’s like a skill that has been lost. guru’s teach how to use all our abilities, including our limitations.
