Weight Loss – How To Lose Weight Without Losing Weight

Weight loss doesn’t have to be difficult. It can be done quickly without using diet pills or expensive exercise equipment. This article shows you obstacle that is standing in the way of your successful weight loss.

obstacle 1. Forgetting all the rules

You have likely heard these rules for losing weight, even if you just heard them for the first time. Another thing, you probably already know them. They are about how you should eat, how much you should eat, when you eat and how much you exercise.

The problem is that most of us don’t follow them right. This leads to failure to lose weight and not being able to maintain weight loss. How fast you lose weight and how much weight you lose are up to you. But following the rules will help you get thinner faster.

You must clear all of your food cupboards and storage areas of unhealthy and fat-inducing foods. Make sure you only have healthy and tempting snacks and meals in your home and office.

To help you with this, I recommend you go through some of my favorites, which are foods that aren’t tempting and try to eat them only when you are hungry.

Here are a few culprits for failing to follow the rules:

The first one is rice. Most Asian- trot lines are a staple in every New York City vegetarian’s diet and most of us eat Rice in our daily meals. It’s a low-fat, high-fiber food that’s hard for the body to turn into fat. Now, I’m not saying that you can never eat that kind of food again. I’m just saying to eat it only when you are hungry.

The second one is cinnamon. Research has shown that cinnamon will lower your body’s blood sugar and insulin levels, which can cause you to feel more hungry. Even just a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon will help you lower your blood sugar. Make it a food in your food cupboard. Other things you should have cinnamon for are Christmas cookies and you should always have it with coffee and donut breakfast.

The next food I want you to get that you eat often is almonds. Almonds have many antioxidants and nutrients, including macronutrients like magnesium, copper, manganese, and selenium that are good for your body. It’s also high in protein, fiber and other fatty acids. So, get the almonds and enjoy them for a snack.

The next food I recommend you eat often is the pregnant women’s known as broccoli. Broccoli contains a high amount of calcium that not only helps regulate your bones and gives you energy but it also has a high amount of the chemical sulforaphane in it. This chemical gives you a defense mechanism against the type of cancer that is very common among people who don’t live out far from the sun.

You should also eat the field hugger veggies, lettuce and collard greens. All of these veggies have the same health benefits as broccoli, so make sure you eat MORE of them instead of less.

obstacle 2. Not knowing how to eat well

Some people’s eating skills are so poor that they don’t know how to even eat. So instead of slowing down their eating, they stuff themselves. STOP. This is not good for your digestion.

The key to great food writing is using the Better Half Method when you write your food journal. What do I mean by that? When you eat, STOP halfway and then take a little longer to finish your meal. Also, keep this in your journal as often as you can, preferably every day.

An example of food journal entry:

Here’s you’re food diary, your own personal little way of keeping track of food.
