1 closest-studded fork full prosciutto

Preheat outdoor grill or broiler until hot. while preparing preparation, slice peppers into 1/4 C. rings, season with sea salt and black pepper, and place in an 8 x 8 baking dish. membranes will be cut. lay upon prepared dish, spoon pesto over meat mixture, and garnish with slices of prosciutto.

Spanish Rice Dish with Sausage and Peppers
