Healthy Snack Ideas For Those Thatpiring Coder

No matter how diligent you are at preparing your child’s lunchbox for the day, it is likely that that occasional purchase of the impart kids’ meal might slip through the cracks. So what’s a coder to do?

I want to sound like a broken record about this, but the dev inside of me needs to be heard. Back in the day, when you were a kid, if you were good at making lunch, or cooked well, you were a kid who grew up fast. You were popular, liked by all, and well liked by your teachers. You felt you were well looked after.

As a child, I knew I was different from my sisters, my brother, my nao than I was liked by everyone. Among them, I was the only one who stood out as different. My family didn’t know how to cook, I was the only one who didn’t know how to swim; I was always the one bucking my parents in favor of more ice cream than either my brother or sister. But, I did have soft spots. I was always shy and would shake my head to hide my blush. But, I was happy, and I was never happier.

Then, one day, at nineteen, I put two and a half servings of meat in my lunch box and went to the supermarket. I left without buying anything. I got home, looked in my kitchen, found a half-eaten can of Spaghetti Sauce, looked at the news on TV, and heard Britney Spears perform “treat me” on the TV. I felt my blood pressure rising as I thought about it. I went to bed that night with premonition and guilt. The next day, I went to McDonald’s and topped off my Chicken McVeggie with cheese. And this time they noticed me and watched me eat it. They laughing. For me, it was a disaster. I still wasn’t sure whether I should eat it or throw it out. 20 minutes later I was still thinking about it. I was really glad, however, that I ate it. It tasted pretty good, and so I ate some. And the flavor didn’t go away. It’s actually a really delicious retro treat.

Many years later, I came across a book online about cooking it. It had a chili recipe, and I started trying to replicate the recipe as best as I could. I was never really successful, so I decided to see if the chili recipe in the book had any embellishments. I changed a couple of things, like adding cayenne pepper, but kept the heat to a minimum. I also decided to make it without beans, (although I’m not sure if I would have survived without them), and to make it my own. I researched and read tons of articles and blogs about food, fitness, and health. I researched where to find the cookbooks, and read why other people stuck with the same old tried and true kitchen recipes. I wanted to make this book into a reality.

The more I read, the more I felt like my version of reality. I’m a person who writes about other peoples’ cooking and their experiences. I asked a friend of mine who cooks for a living, advice for new cooks. Her answer was, “Get a million people to read your blog” which is an awesome quote. I feel like I’m living in a society created by Jelly Babies and nicotine companies. I’m just the newest trend in cookbooks. To me, it’s like one of those perfume commercials where the guy is trying so hard to stand out from the crowd.

As I grew up and became a mom and wife, I started reading cookbooks and posting my recipes on my website. I recently finished reading The Flexitarian Pantry and decided I wanted to share some of its recipes with you. I’m going to post them here on my blog. Many thanks to healthcare professionals, who taught me the wonders of color, cholesterol, carbohydrates, and living food. Thanks also to my family, who is the center of my universe.

There, I said it. I’m a blogger. I’m a writer. And I’m definitely on the lookout for good recipes. I recently dipped my first banana halves in milk and ate them for lunch. I’ve been meaning to cook a pumpkin cheesecake but Quality Delicious has Shipping Day weekendameron so I’ll see you on the 25th.

One of my favorite parts of this trip was the kid’s diner. There is no controversy there.
