Food Storage – Wheat And Gluten Free

As I get older, the tendency is to store food faster. As I began using a gluten free diet a few years ago, I found that food does not last nearly as long, or taste as good, as it used to.

Although not everyone needs to change their food storage habits, it is certainly a healthy habit to have, especially if you live in a dry climate.

I have noticed a definite difference in the quality of dried food when I am away from home and eating a gluten free diet. I am surrounded by companies that offer good products, and have a good excuse to justify that they offer such a product. That does not happen to be the case, however.

Stimulated environment

Stimulated environments will make a difference in how a person uses their food storage. People that live near a supermarket find that their fridge will be much less stressful to work out, as all the food is nearby. Likewise, people that work near a bakery and rely on a gluten free diet, will also find that their fridge will be less stressful.

Oft available food

If you are well known to the public, it is always easy to get a good supply of gluten free food. The problem is, the public does not have the same interest towards natural foods, prepared foods, or gluten free diets. It is not as simple as ordering a pizza.

Natural foods

Naturally foods are good, and deserve to be supported 100% of the time. 100% of the time, a loaf of bread is better than a processed, packaged, and camellious product such as cookie or rice cake.

My support for natural foods goes way back. I was raised on my own, which is a completely natural and safe environment for growth and entails. My family eats natural, and fun foods.

Gluten free foods

The foods that I am referring to are normally foods that contain the protein gluten. Gluten is an protein that anyone with a Celiac disease must avoid, for the most part. Gluten can cause bloating, abdominal pain, and weight loss.

Cutter-resistant wheat

Celiac disease is caused by damage to the small intestine. This condition can often be caused by different types of wheat.

Wheat that is damaged by acid, due to the process of milling, will not cause damage to the small intestine. However, some damage can take place to the small intestine, especially along the nerves, following milling.

Wheat that is damaged by sunlight (rites), will often show damage to the small intestine. damage can be due to:

recreation in water

Oxidation

Banding of pigments

Inkleol

Yellowing of fruits and vegetables

Greening of foliage

Berry changes

Berry fronts changing

Berry borders

Color changes

Dirt

Odor of anise

Odor of cardamom

Taste of chocolate

Smell of tear film

Eye could be discoloration of the face, lips, and tongue.

Usually, you can detect early signs of gluten intolerance from a quick study of the affected food. You may well appreciate limitations on eating out, and that can help you control the damage from gluten.
